Tebiki is a comprehensive website for promoting employment of highly skilled foreign human resources in Japan.

“Tebiki” is the website for the government project that was launched to accelerate Japan’s technological innovation and revitalize the Japanese economy by providing information to companies that want to know how to hire and work with highly skilled foreign human resources, as well as by providing foreigners with easy-to-understand information on how to find employment at Japanese companies.

For Japanese companies, this site provides “how-to” information on hiring and retaining talented people from overseas. For foreigners, it provides English content on the appeal of Japanese companies, the specific process of finding a job, and useful information on living in Japan.

The English version of the Q&A page answers questions from foreigners who wish to work for Japanese companies and live in Japan, while the Japanese version is a compilation of topics and answers to questions that many employers and personnel in charge of recruiting and retaining high-level foreign human resources.

In addition, “Visionary Management 2021 Moving Japan,”  which appears in “Tebiki”, is an e-book that summarizes the reality of “new management with an eye on the future” and the vision of managers of more than 100 companies that actively employ high-level foreign human resources, categorized by technical field, company size, and area.

“Visionary Management” (video content) shows the real voices of foreign employees who are actually working in the company as well as the interviews of company executives.
