Reports on recent activities

During fiscal year 2021, JISA did cybersecurity status research for critical industries of 5 ASEAN countries. The research was done by a certain questionnaire tool in collaboration with ASOCIO and 5 countries associations. The research report is titled “Cyber Security Measures of Critical Industry Sector”. You can find the report and download it.

We further expand other activities in collaboration with ASOCIO.

JISA has launched tebiki-jp, a sub-site for human resource development.
ASEAN companies and people can obtain general information about Japan, such as daily life in Japan, business practices of Japanese companies and contact information for administrative procedures.　JISA plans to add more useful content and upgrades during this year. We hope you will make use of ASEAN-CBP and tebiki-jp.

The close relationship between JISA and ASOCIO has made it possible for us to participate in events in the ASEAN region.
We presented an overview of the project and its objectives and raised awareness of the importance of cybersecurity with organizing ‘Japan Pavilion’.
More than 500 people attended the organized events earlier this year.
At the organized events, we gave the opportunity to know about Japanese products in breakout sessions and gave demonstrations.
This resulted in one-on-one contacts and meetings.
