The field of cyber security is constantly evolving, and new challenges emerge on a regular basis. These challenges require public and private, organizations and individuals to remain vigilant and proactive in their efforts to protect their systems and data from cyber threats. And even the cooperation among public and private, or organizations and individuals is now crucial to effectively face these challenges.

As Japan and ASEAN marks the 50th anniversary of friendship and cooperation this year, It is a good time for experts from industry, government, and academia from ASEAN countries to discuss future cybersecurity cooperation in the region and to strengthen ties with social events to face cyber security challenges.

NISC, in addition to the Government-to-Government collaboration that has continued so far and understanding that building cyber ecosystem need participation form all parties, this year provide a place so that cyber security communities in ASEAN and Japan can do more communication and make more public private collaboration.

International Conference on ASEAN-JAPAN Cybersecurity Community is a collaborative platform between Japan and ASEAN countries that brings together stakeholders from the public and private sectors, academia, and civil society to address the complex and evolving challenges of cyber security and for building stronger and more resilient communities in the region.

What is “International Conference on ASEAN-JAPAN Cybersecurity Community (IC-AJCC)” ?

This is a conference that focuses on cybersecurity and communities across the ASEAN region.

IC-AJCC clearly communicates the focus of the event, which is to discuss cybersecurity issues and challenges facing the ASEAN community. A venue for historic and life-changing occasions. Meiji Kinenkan (also known as Constitution Memorial Hall) was built in 1881 as a dining and reception hall used for receiving important guests from abroad to the Akasaka Temporary Palace. It also served as the site of deliberations by the Imperial Council concerning the drafting of the Meiji Constitution. Since being relocated and rebuilt as the Meiji Kinenkan in 1947, the facility has carried forth its storied tradition of unparalleled service and attention to detail, hosting countless gatherings that have created wonderful memories for its guests.
